§ 1
Scope
- These regulations refer to booking coach tickets via web site and credit
card payment.
§ 2
Definitions
- Web client - a natural person, a legal person or a business department
which do not own legal personality and which use on-line ticket service
in order purchase a coach ticket.
- Carrier - coach company chosen by web client.
- Transaction sites - web sites in web service 'ticket on-line'
which allow web clients to buy coach tickets via internet.
- Agreement - Carriage Agreement between Web Client and Carrier
(being parties) signed during ticket selling process.
- Regulations - acceptance of these regulations is taken place
during ticket selling process.
- Number GID of reservation - a unique number which is given by
Voyager.Bus system.
- General condition of carriage - detailed conditions of carriage
made by Coach Company referring to carriage directly e.g. validity of ticket,
possibilities of date change of carriage or resignation from the carriage,
conditions of luggage carriage, passenger and coach company rights and duties.
§ 3
Reservation, booking and receiving the ticket
- Web client who makes reservation of a ticket via transaction sites for
the chosen connection.
- In order to make reservation all compulsory fields in the application
should be filled by Web client. Acceptance of general conditions of carriage
and these regulations are also obligatory.
- 3. In order to buy the ticket the key 'BUY TICKET', which is located
on the transaction site, should be pressed. Subsequently, full amount of
money should be paid by one of the available payment system.
- Transaction can be conducted effectively during 15 minutes by Web
Client. In the case of passing that time limit the reservation will
be deleted automatically.
- Card payments are operated by eCard S.A. server, which assures security
of the transaction. At the moment of buying the ticket by Credit Card
which numbers are given by Web Client, Credit Card is charged by the
amount of money which makes an equivalent of the coach ticket price.
Your reservation will be accepted only upon successful payment by Credit
Card.
- In order to make payment by bank transfer, it is necessary to have
an account in a bank mentioned on our web site and the amount of money
which makes an equivalent of the coach ticket price. The account will
be charged immediately after ticket buying.
- Paying person does not have to be the customer.
- In case of credit card which has another accounting currency than
PLN, the amount of money taken from the account can differ from the
ticket price as a result of converting currency and different bank rates.
- All transactions with foregoing payment system are calculated by
the company Voyager.com Sp. z o.o. which operates the 'ticket on-line'
service.
- When conditions from the 2nd and 3rd point are fulfilled Web Client
can print the ticket on the plain sheet of paper A4 from the web browser.
- Ticket purchasing via 'ticket on-line' service means acceptance of general
conditions of carriage and these regulations, also conditions determining
and describing in detail ticket price and handling fees which are collected
during carriage date change, resignation form the carriage and ticket cancellation.
- In case of ticket cancellation, which was bought via transaction sites,
there is taken fee 5.5% of gross value of the ticket price. Money given
back to Web client will be reduced with this fee. This fee results from
using transaction sites.
- All operations on the ticket (cancellation, changes, OPEN ticket closing)
should be done via internet service where the ticket was purchased or via
web site www.voyager.pl.
§ 4
Personal details
- Coach Company is an administrator of personal details, which are given
by Web client during booking process. These personal details will be processed
during Agreement realization solely.
- Giving personal details has a voluntary character. Web client is allowed
to view his details. In case of changing personal details Web client has
to contact via e-mail with Coach Company.
- Giving by Web client incorrect data
such as phone numer or email can cause impossibility to contact passenger or purchaser,
it can cause cancellation of transaction with deduction of handling charges.
§ 5
Responsibilities and rights of Web client and Coach Company
- Web client is obliged to:
- use Transaction sites in a lawful, according to these regulations
and reasonable behavior,
- not to devolve to other person rights to the ticket,
- pay additional fee 5.5% of ticket price in case of ticket cancellation,
which was bought on this Transaction sites,
- give true personal details and true credit card details,
- not to use Transaction sites to make illegal and untrue reservations,
booking, and payments with credit cards and other prohibited actions.
- Web client declares that information given by him during the process
of transaction sites using is true and in accordance with his best knowledge.
- Web client is allowed to complain in writing. In order to do that Web
client should contact with service owner via e-mail within 7 days from booking.
Web client is obliged to provide information and documentation concerning
that complaint.
- Coach Company can cancel an agreement in case of contravention these
regulations by Web client, especially when a client gave untrue personal
details and untrue credit card details.
- Web client should know all consequences of lawless behavior and things
forbidden by Polish law. After anything illegal what will be done (hacking,
cheating etc.) and having badges of act threatened by the bill, guard or
police will be informed. It does not exclude putting ourselves out of the
court.
§ 6
Complaints
- Web client is obliged to lay claim to inappropriate making of carriage
service to Carrier in writing in due time according to the Conditions of
Carriage. Simultaneously, Web client is obliged to complain via e-mail reklamacje@voyager.pl
within 14 days from the date when the cause occurred.
